Let me tell you how things are going to unfold with your car. The piston rings and cylinder walls will prematurely wear from driving on the road without an air filter, and it will start consuming oil. A Viper engine is large, and it will burn a significant amount of oil without it sticking out like a sore thumb in the exhaust color (that is to say that an untrained eye such as yours won't spot it).
You will likely go too long without checking the oil level because you don't have an oil leak and therefore no reason to constantly check it. You'll be on a road trip and all of a sudden you're going to hear a rod knock. You're going to get out and check the oil and guess what? It's going to be low. So, tell me how eager the engine builder will be to warranty an engine that was run out of oil? Not very.
In short, you will be fucked, and I just hope that someone will be there to snap a pic of the stunned look on your face.
STFU and quit trashing another UR thread.

It's orange, and we're leaving it there just long enough to try some new "things"
Gonna be a SIK ride for sure

YAAAAAAWWWWWN. Replied twice. Two tries and still boring.
Yeah, Jason's great. I doubt he gives your posts a second thought. Hell, I bet he doesn't even give them a
first one.

Arrrgh! I guess I am a sissy since I do run on the street with my air filter.
But it takes only a few minutes to take off at the track and put back on before getting back on the public streets.
Of course with the JM Striker heads I still have more than enough power with the air filter...
Thanks again to Underground Racing for building my Viper right the first time.
