The bracket bolts directly to your seat rails and allows some forward and backward adjustment. It can be mounted on either the driver side or passenger side seat. I like the side sill covers/vents. It looks like it would cut down on the heat build up.

They actually work very well. Once I put them on I noticed a difference in the cabin temp immediately.
