Requirement to track their car...how many of us meet this:

You must have a clean driving record for the last 2 years (local DMV offices can provide this for you for free or at a minimum cost).

I like this requirement if our northern friends win:

Canadian residents must also answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question in order to claim a prize.

Giving away 1 Viper for each 50,000 "VIP" members....up to 20 given away....PS Seems like a VIP cost $!00 ????

I didn't get the whole piece on "no purchase necessary" and that you have to become a VIP member wich cost $100. The $100 will only be credited towards a driving course.
Sounds like a purchase of membership is necessary???
