pics of the house that made me put my GTS up for sale
headed up the mountain from downtown fort collins, colorado
the reservoir sign
headed towards the house
funny sign
house is at the top of the hill
the house itself
same view as you get from the front porch on the other side of the street
my street
camping literally a rock throw away from the house!!!!
I know its no big deal to some of your homes on here, but for me being 23 and this being my first residential property, Im FUCKING happy as hell.

Nice. Any problems getting in and out of there during deep snows?

nope, we just got like 4-6 inches and I drove an 08 nissan maxima (from this pic) up there with no problems what so ever. They do plow that road pretty good.

Congrats, you made the right choice. I bought my first home at 18. Still own it and have never lived in it. I used it as a rental and still do. It will be paid off in a couple weeks.

I just turned 25. and I am jealous. I have a rich daddy. But I am poor. : (
Poor me. Sniff sniff
All kidding aside. That is a bad ass place! Being down here in Tejas, I can only envy you. No snow por Adan. Only humidity
I have to say though...WTF is that radar detector doing in there?!!!
You bought a viper...but you wouldn't shell out the dough for a V1. a disappointed in you

Congrats, Eric. Nice place that you will enjoy for many more years than the Viper would ever provide. And besides that in a year or so you will be able to start looking for another car if you choose. When to you take possession? House warming party shortly there after?

I close jan 3rd.
as far as the radar detector... it was in the car when I was test driving it and I jokingly asked if it came with the car and he said "sure", lol. So I took it.

Very nice house. So was it really the house that made you put the car up for sale, or was it the weather in the pictures that made you do it?

awaiting deposit on the car momentarily....
it was the house, NOT the weather. I LOVE this car and I HATE to sell it. I told him if he EVER sells it to call me FIRST.

Congrats on the quick sale. For some reason, I think you will be back in a Viper again in no time.
