do you want a closer 5th and 6th ratio for a little better acceleration? or do you want the best gas mileage

I should wind up with about 1400 rear wheel. I want the ratios closer. but I dont know how to calculate 6th?
I would guess at around 230 mph as a target max speed?
I have stock rear end gearing.
any help guys?

With that much power, and the the GTS body, depending on tire size, top speed would be right around 290 mph (I think.) At any power level near or above 1000 rw, the OEM ratios should work just fine, except for 6th.
.62 or .65 is the way to go.
Try resetting your diff to 3.33, or someone on the forum says...

You realize if you change your 1-4 cluster ratio it will change your final 5th and 6th ratio.

What???
By that, I hope you're referring to the rear end ratio. 4th is always 1:1, and 5th and 6th are independent from 1-4, so you can have almost any combo of ratios, in groups.

I can build them, but a better bet would be to have G force build it the way you want.

G-force offers 2 sets for 5th and 6th and 3 sets for 1st - 4th.
Depending on the set you pick for 1st - 4th will change the final drive ratio and the spread of 5th and 6th.
