Thanks guys! The ET streets should be good for 1.5's or 1.4's with an everage driver. I know some have dip'd lower, but I'm not in that league yet. Next time, I'll see if I can launch harder, and shift faster.
Paolo - thanks for putting together a quality kit. I knew I won't regret it...
99 RT/10 - I was concentrating more about launching the car, so my R/T wasn't that great (.714 over the Bug's .652). I didn't care if that dedicated drag Bug beat me, but I ended up beating him anyway.
Todd - it all started when you took me out for a short spin. Thanks for showing me how to properly drive.
Garth - like I told that one guy, it must be the hanger.
00SVTdubs - the only upgraded part was the halfshafts (Unitrax), everything else in the drivetrain is stock. Oh, I also have heavy duty clutch and lightened flywheel from RPS. I'll take it to 16 psi slowly but surely.
Tony - sorry, but I didn't get the density altitude that night. With all the fun I was having, I forgot about it.
Viper4Christ - it was one of the fast Bugs. Gutted interior, full slicks, wheelie bars, etc. I would have been too worried if it had a parachute.
KepRght - I shifted at about 5800 rpms, and I can try shifting a little higher next time to maybe pick up a couple more mph. I'll check out that software, thanks for the link.
JGK95 - I want to be able to get gas anytime I want. Even when it's time for me to turn up the boost (i.e. 16 psi), I will be able to pull up to several Rebel gas stations here in town anytime of the day, and pump 100 octane.

It's not like 100 is available at every gas station here, it's pretty rare too, but they're open 24 hours unlike a performance shop.
There are Union 76 stations there that sell 100 octane. I used to live in SoCal, and I know a couple of gas stations I can stop by to get 100, before heading to the track. One in Fullerton and the other in Phillips Ranch. They are out there, you just need to know where.
The stock heads are going to be limiting you with any more boost getting cramed in there. Shift at 6200rpm and get your 140+mph time slip on a bone stock engine. Then do head work! Great run and thanks for sharing.
when you planning on getting some more seat time. Would love to see the car going down with full boost and a good launch. PS. Do you have a line lock for the burn out box?

Modified heads, and beefed up bottom end, that's for sure.
I shifted around 5800-6K rpms on that 138 mph pass. I was going to shift higher on my next pass, but they ended the TestNTune lane sooner than I expected.
v10kingsnake - yes, I do have a line lock. When I'm comfortable with the medium boost, I'll try the 16 psi setting.

Gus, UGR has gone over 140mph on boost alone using a paxton with stock heads and stock headers so I believe if the power is there, he is going to see the number soon as he gets accustomed to using it properly. I agree though that the heads would be a good place to help that boost in but definitely not what's keeping him from seeing 140+ mph.
