The track in SoCal is also somewhat close (3.5 hr drive), and it's about 1100' above sea level. That's where I did most of my practice when I used to live there. Although, it's got better elevation, I've only managed a 10.90 at 131 mph at that track.

So it has to have a V10/IRS/leather & carpet/stock fuel tank/etc.? Oh, and last time I was under a viper, I thought that I saw a [rectangular] tube frame chassis. Man, that tosses a lot of "Vipers" out of the Viper classification then. If I drop a V10 into my Miata, does that some how make it a less gay 3/4 Viper...thing?
