Guys,
Some changes since I last posted. Went with Precision 74mm Turbos to replace the Gt4094's as they were too small, and went to a gen 3 intake manifold. Making some progress!!
We added a substantial amount of heat wrap and it has worked very well. The heat wrap isn't cheap but well worth adding when making/using this kind of power.
Changing to the SRT intake makes it easier to configure everything for the front mount in the layout you've chose. Do you have room to get to all the spark plugs? It looks tight on the even bank cyl 2.

Well, your setup certainly inspired what I'm doing 100%. I took a long look at your case study and loved the badass no compromise design, so I had to do my take on it. Thanks for the tip on the wrap, will do. I can get at all the plugs. I'm concerned with cooling, the radiator I chose has the same volume as stock but much less cross sectional area. So I stuck one on the side in the fascia similar to what Paulo does with intercoolers, and I increased the oil cooler on the other side 2x from what I was using on my last turbo setup.
I'm even using a motor you guys built for a turbo kit you made, the one that was crashed and ended up in Canada.
I'm embarrassed to say I misread the compressor inducer/exducer size and thought that they were bigger than they are. A few guys on the forum noticed before it was too late and pointed it out, so I swapped.
Great work, should make some real good power no problem. Then after the break in and tune just need to get that power to the ground.
Speaking of that is this system using an AEM programer set up?

Yes, I will be using an AEM. I'm hoping someone here with a TT and AEM will be willing to share a tune or two to help me get it started ...... If I make any improvements I promise to share back with whoever helps!!!
Nice, between all the tuners there's plenty of AEM info out there they just have to want to share it.
I'd give Paolo a quick call on the matter and see what he can help you with setting up for a good tune, doing a front mount set ups himself of course.
