Are you still planning on installing the StopTech system on your car? I am doing same and will have my Eradispeed rotors to sell...will you be selling yours?(if I find someone that needs a set I will let you know, just give me a heads up when yours will be available).

Jason Heffner already ordered my Stoptechs. They should be getting installed sometime in the next month or so. My eradispeeds and existing stainless brake lines are being sold to Gerald (Snake Bitten). If I hear anything about someone wanting rotors, I'll let you know as well. I think someone here posted that they were interested.

Under the hood there isnt all that much thats chrome. The plate that covers the PCM, the guides for the hood that sit over the sills, and some polished knick knacks. I know I asked Jason to have my entire SC system plated...I wonder if that includes the airbox...damn you gary!

My car dynoed at 844 rwhp on 93 octane pump gas (9 to 10 lbs. of boost) after Jason Heffner supercharged it. He recently put on a larger intercooler and bigger injectors and we expect to get closer to 900 rwhp the next time we dyno. I'm dying to get it back to the track to see what it will do now that I have ET streets (traction is a big problem on radials!). For pricing you should talk to Jason because it largely depends on what has already been done to the car.

I had Jason have everything he is installing either polished or chrome plated. I think the airbox is just polished. So you have one up on me. Bastage [img]/images/graemlins/flipa.gif[/img]
It really isn't all that good to polish so much stuff in the Viper engine because of all the heat it produces, though. Just don't go overboard. Imagine an all out black engine, that would seriously suck but look pretty cool.

Polishing does not create any heat. In actuality it removes stress risers on the material and probably makes them marginally stronger. Chrome plating does make the parts hotter, since chrome has the tendency to retain heat. But how far do you want to go on an engine that makes already 700rwhp? All performance and no show? The way I see it, is that I would like a good polish and chrome job to show off the quality of the workmanship. Why ruin the looks of the thousands you have spent with a flat black paint job?
I talked to Jason Heffner today. It seems that all my parts are back from the chrome plater's and we are on schedule for an early march/late feb completion.
