New Viper Classified: WTB T&D Rocker Stands got Gen II I NEED STANDS ONLY

I contacted them, they wanted $450. I bought these off an Alley member who thought they were complete. The member offered to pay it, but for $450 it is too much (my words, not his). He gave me a great deal on the rockers, but it was so good I will not let him pay this on his own. I'm hoping to get a used set for $100-$200 or so so everyone is happy. Hell, I threw out my HS nuts on my GTO when I went to stud girdles on my Edelbrock heads.

How about getting Macedo to find the stands. I'm sure he has them at the shop. the fact the he returned them to the customer w/o the stands is probably just a minor oversight. and the customer selling them to you b./c he didn't know any better... i'm not sure. but try calling him if he is still in business.
Well, since Macedo did the deal with the other member, that other member already contacted Macedo and even CCed me. I have not received them as requested in the email, nor have either of us received a reply from Macedo. If it was me who had the contract with Macedo, I surely would call him myself, but as a person that was not in any contract with him, I have no legal standing for asking for them back. Anyhow, a $450 resolution is out there, just trying to get a cheaper one is all. No hurry on the stands really as I have other goodies to install on the Viper still, but winter is coming and I will want to install them at the very least the end of this year :-) Again, if we do go with the new stands, I wil not let my friend and fellow Viper Alley member pay for these on his own despite his offer. My friend and Alley member is a stand up guy, but I also know he gave be a good deal to begin with on the rockers and neither of us anticipated this happening.

Now that the prices of virtually everything are going up and up and now that thousands of people are losing their jobs everyday as the US goverment still hands out 10,000+ checks to those people just getting off the boat, I think I will take a boat ride and get in line, I sure could use the money to pay for the gas in my Viper and GTO!

If anyone has a USED OR NEW set of stands, we have to buy them now, so please come forward and make an offer. I did call Heffner, DLM, et cetera and all politely said they didn't have a used set to sell. So how about any dealers with a new set from T&D where tey could make a few bucks on the deal while selling it a bit cheaper than T&D? Anyuhow, if we can't get a set within a week or so, it will be time to pony up and buy them direct from T&D.
