Spark Plug gap/Roe and a few mods

Yes I checked, read and saw that I should really consider one click colder and perhaps a .028 to .032 gap depending on which thread you read from 2004-2007 on here and the Morgue. My wires were replaced last year and I think they were MSD, but I could be wrong, anyhow they are in very nice shape. I saw a lot of N02 threads, but the high end guys tht have ran the Roes with the other mods (mine are listed below) please chime in. I run the car hard on the street and only track her once a year, maybe twice. I just went from 8-10 PSI, opened up the exhaust big time, and a few other goodies that will be on within the week or two. Plugs are out from my new TNT header install, so now is a good time replace em. I was running Bosch FR8DC, but frankly my tune was a hair off and the motor was choking on 2 1/4" (yes, that IS correct) Snake Oil cat-back, so I have little baseline now. So I will STFU, listen, and of course do whatever I want to do without listening (I am saying that to bust JID's chops-lol).

Last question is my girlfriend and I put the Corsa on in my garage tonight (EASY install and quality product!), but I stumbled on a thread on the MoRGue that said tack welding was mandatory for the Corsa. I don't know how you would do that with the clamps, but hell I am so messed up I hijacked my own thread (tired, so forgive me). TY, Gary

I run the NGK BKR7E w/ 10# and 12# with great results. they are 2 stages cooler, and shorter reach...

Gapped to .028 seem to have good results.
