Maybe Scam on Roe

Been watching a polished Roe Blower on e-bay. I have contacted seller several times with no response. Do not know if this is a scam or seller is out of reach. I have retracted my offer based on this. I put an offer in a few days ago but it hasnt been considered yet. maybe expired by now. Doubt it is a scam. If it was, don't you think the scammer would at least counter offer these numerous offers he has clearly received and try to get some green? By the way, not a fan of the Roe for the power I ultimately wish to acheive only, but if the guy takes MY offer, I am flying out to pick it up with cash in hand and you will see it back on ebay for an easy grand profit, you dig?
