You'd probably have better luck finding Viper owners in Hong Kong. I saw lots of exotic new car dealerships around HK as I was taking my nickle tour on a bus..

I've heard that twice as many Ferraris are being imported into China than any other country. I've seen quite a few exotics cruising around the streets of Shanghai. The import taxes must be incredible.

I was in Shanghai last fall and the only car I saw was a Porsche. An amazing amount of Buicks on the street though. The only F-cars I saw were at the dealer.

NO Vipers to report as of yet. Hell, everyone here in the office doesn't even know what a Viper is. I showed them one of my Viper videos on youtube and the folks can't stop talking about how cool the car is. They were really impressed.
