My 2000 GTS also had a slight leak with R&P. I went ahead and changed it. Dealer will charge about $900 for the part, if you ask for the viper. I believe it is the same on the Durango. I went with one from CV Unlimited. They have many rebult one with decent warranty. Price was good and they gave $131 for the core. Beats dealing with the dealer. The other part is that you will have to get the alignment redone. Make sure they know viper alignment.. whoever it is.
