Was it me or did the soundtrack of the burnout sound like an engine with a turbo and blowoff vavle?

I played it a few times and still hear it.

I watched it. The engine sounds great but if this is the production version, it definitely lost some of the appeal. It doenst look a whole lot different than the standard truck other thant he hood and a slightly improved upholstery. Its not that great for utility since its 2wd. And youve got to be a complete car guy to even know what the hell it is. I dunno, without those 22 inch rims on the prototype car and some of its styling cues, I dont like it anymore

I agree with smokin. It looks like a tarted up stocker, not much visual excitement. Certainly not as mean looking as the Lightning... Bravo to DC for making it, though.

you can bet that by ditching some of teh autoshow eye candy they can cut alot off the price. the people that buy this truck are going to add their own custom wheels and other stuff anyway. I'd take it with a set of 15X7 rubber and steelies to save 4K

I do like the original looks of this truck. I agree with Craig on this one though!!
