Actually, getting a background check on someone is not a bad thing. But using it to blackmail is actually criminal. You could prosecute the individual for that.

Sucks that you made mistakes in your past. Some of the things are pretty much juvenile in nature. Although stealing a radar detector? Was it a Valentine One?

I do not need you to define blackmail, for me or any other word in the English language. I didn't ask you about/accuse you of blackmail. Deny, deflect, counter accuse, all tactics of the guilty or those ashamed of their actions.

If you don't want to answer the question, simply tell me to go pound salt, which in and of itself will be a good enough answer to draw a reasonable conclusion from.
