Any tuner that has to litigate to recover from damages from making a cock up deserves to get bent over. Better to let it slide - any victory in court will be a hollow one and customers will be lost win or lose as soon as word is out.... ooops, word is out.

I didn't let Joe look at my car so I could keep my warranty and when I asked you about my Macedo Warranty you emailed me telling me Macedo doesn't have any warranties.
