That's fucked and anyone involved in digging up the information is lower than whaleshit, IMO. It's obvious UGR does some of the best Viper work out there - this won't hurt their business whatsoever.
The thing is any one of us could have the same thing occur. Rumors or allegations can be very damaging in professional circles. Add to this that some action could be considered sealed, based on age makes this type of back handded comments should not be tolerated.
I have done some digging on our friend 'The Great One'.
I checked into his past, and found out what he was doing 16 years ago.
He was a baby. I was already just in my 20's.
Now I feel old as friggin dirt.

Interestingly, a friend of mine has always maintained that "it's not the crime, it's the coverup" - and that's true here .
Kevin met this head on. Good for him. He's forthright and honest and open - much less than that can be said of the person who felt the need to dig this up.
If these charges were even remotely relevant to his current business, this would be a slightly different issue (still petty, vindictive, cowardly and pathetic, but slightly relevant...)
However, they are not. Many of us can look back at our younger days and say "there but for the grace of God go I" Some were just luckier than others.
This "revelation" has no bearing on Kevin's ability, his current ecstatic customer base or his personal character.
In fact, the way he's dealing with this shows a tremendous depth of character and a corresponding lack thereof for the digger of this dirt.
I hope you get MORE business because of how you are handling this - that really would be just desserts.
