I posted what I thought about this earlier, but what does e-mailing anything and the Alley taking action have to do with each other ?
That is sort of what I was alluding to, that the alley isn't just going to act without a formal complaint and without investigating the situation first.
The being said though, if I had info on your (or anyone) that would tarnish your reputation here, and I emailed that to 3 or 4 other alley members, I damn well better know that it will get emailed to others and so on, and will potentially end up here.
I imagine who ever did the investigating and chose to share that info with other members here has enough common sense or foresight to know that they have set in motion a course of action that will discredit someone.
And therefore, they must understand that there could be consequences and repercussions to that action. I'm not saying what those consequences should be, I'm not the judge and jury on that, but for sure something would come of it.

Kevin for someone to send out an email like that serves only one purpose to discredit you and your company. It's vindictive, dirty and below the belt. I hope it backfires on them. I think the support shown for you speaks volumes of what your customers think of you and the quality of work they have received. I would do business with you in a heart beat, keep up the good work..
I think it is pretty pathetic for someone to dig up information about things that you did over 15 years ago. Clearly, someone out there has an out for you. I can only imagine who it is, and I think that you should let everyone know who it is. The past is the past. Nothing can be done to change it. Whoever dug up this information only proved that they are nothing but a low life.
Take it from the kid in high school, I know what you mean about how easy it is to get sucked into hanging with the wrong crowd. Shit happens, and then you learn from it. You are now a legitimate businessman, and a true asset to the Viper world. Who cares about what you did when you were a teenager?
Not much I can add. Its too bad we have to deal with fucktards now and then. As you can see your past has no influence on what we think about you today. Another thing worth noting. Many good people read this thread today and didn't find it necessary to condemn the actions of those who used these tactics. You don't have to like anything about Underground Racing to be justified in speaking out against this type of activity.
It has been brought to my attention that someone on this board thought it was necessary to do a background check on my past to include my high school period some 16 years ago. This information is being passed around through emails and some of you may have already seen it. Rather than let these people blackmail me with the threat of public disclosure of this information, I'm releasing it here for any and all to draw their own conclusions regarding whether or not it is relevant as to who I am today.
I'm not sure what the motivation is for someone to dig up this type of information and pass it around and threaten public disclosure but I hope this is not the type of activity that is going to be acceptable within the Viper community. I work hard, race hard, build fast cars and yes at times talk smack. However to the parties responsible for this, if this is what you have as your best response, rest assured I'm not going there with you.

I've reread the initial post from Kevin in this thread again and it makes me very angry that someone would try to do such a despicible low life action as what Kevin described. I hold the person or persons that would do such a thing in even lower contempt than my former tuner who charged me $28,000 and caused me to lose the use of my Viper for a year and a half and still have to rebuild my car at my expense with new parts because he did such a poor job in building it.
