I was Underground's first FULL Viper build. I have been around Kevin for 3 to 4 years now and can say that in our dealings Kevin and KC both have been honest and operated with the utmost integrity. They have always given me the car that I wanted and paid for. I've spent a lot of time with them and around there families. They are GOOD PEOPLE Period!!!
For those of you who pulled this low life stunt, you should be BANNED!! Why the alley allows personal attacks on one's private life is beyond me. I have had this happen to me on this site as has Dr. Roof. I have NO problem with someone airing a tuners dirty laundary as long as it is about VIPERS. If you work on Vipers and scam or screw a customer you should be called out. It protects other Viper owners. Dr. Roof's roofing business should be off limits as well as anyone else business. This is a car site. Not a roofing or building site etc...................... Kevin's personal information should be off limits.
We all have done things as teenagers that we're not very proud of some of us got caught some didn't. Bottom line is that Underground (Kevin & KC) have never intentionally harmed any customer in the Viper community or this site.
Props to Kevin for putting this out for all to see.

Too funny - I think just about everyone did stupid shit when they were in H.S., not to mention just about everyone has a few really choice "So my friends and I were really drunk and" stories as well.
Well...there are some vendors on this board that have stolen and continue to steal from past/current customers (Viper Owners)...and yet they are still in business/continue to do business. I'd say your offenses are very minor. Continue doing what you are doing. You seem to get a lot of both new and repeat business from locals and from people a great distance away. I don't think I have heard a disparaging word (implied, stated or otherwise) from a prior customer. I think that speaks volumes about who you are and your business ethics.

A - anything that happened as a juvenile should be sealed, and not accessible, except to someone with legal or military ability to look it up. If they did so legally, they need a release from you to do so.
B - If someone falters and learns from the error, it's a learning curve issue.

In fairness to the mods and admins, the ruling was changed a long time ago to where they wouldn't just arbitrarily ban people because of what they don't like, or heresay, or speculation.
The rule was that if someone has had personal attacks, they can log a formal complaint with the mods/admins and then if warranted, something would be done about it.
I don't have a doubt that if someone looked up that info on Kevin and was emailing to others, and Kevin wants something to be done about it, I'm sure the mods and admins would take action.
I don't think it is fair to say 'they allow it', when that isn't the case.

were fraud, scam, or swindle issues involved - these things indicate a character flaw that might still effect the way you run a business. Hopefully the parties involved in the gossip will have it come back and bite them.

I posted what I thought about this earlier, but what does e-mailing anything and the Alley taking action have to do with each other ? Two separate things imo. It's like personal attacks on another website...none of the Alleys business. But this does raise the question, if someone is using Alley pm's then could/would something be done. Of course the pm's would need to be shown to admin by a recipient and then somehow (if possible) verified by admin.
Then again, say the instigator e-mails to someone....then that someone pm's someone else. If pm's attacks are against the rules, who knows if the text/story has been changed by someone down the line. Who would get disciplined .... the original instigator or the person passing along the info ?
All need to remember that pm's and e-mails are only private if the "Two" parties keep it that way. Long ago I worked in a factory that was 80% women. I learned then that if anyone had a secret they had better not tell anyone else
