I turned 19 today and my dad made me some viper stuff. The clock was designed in Mastercam and cut out using different CNC machines. The yellow layer is acrylic cut out on a CNC router. He cut Sneaky Pete and the black overlay on a CNC plasma cutter. The numbers were cut out on a computerized vinyl cutter. He then screwed it together with hex button heads. It turned out awesome!
The second thing he made was a plaque. He designed the Viper in Mastercam and then cut it out on the computerized vinyl cutter and stuck it on.
The gifts are definitely cool and will look great in my dorm!
I also got to drive a manual for the first time today...finally! I drove my friend's Audi TT around a parking lot for a little bit. I was lucky and didn't stall, lol. That thing sure starts to move when the turbo spools up

! I just can't wait for my first ride in a Viper!
I am hoping to get into a Gen I RT/10 next summer, but it will most likely be another two or three years. The wait is killing me! I just have to keep saving my money until then.
Have a great day!
