What do you mean it is in the works? You already posted pictures of the complete kit and pics of it installed on the car.

It just doesn't happen to be your car, your system, your work, your kit, your pictures.
Well, your anything.

Hey, congrats on being a fuckface though. That seems to be working out well for you.

hahahaha.

I think its funny how i was the first to call B.S while a few people was supporting his idea. I knew something was fishy about this guy. Fraud turbo kit builders always starts off with a newb. Then claims to "Mass Produce" and has big dreams of making money yet doesn't know jack about building turbo kits.

Anyways glad to see people snapping back to reality and nobody's money got robbed.

In all reality though, why wouldn't a system like this cost 4500-6k? I would think if a kit such as that one was put on the market in that price range, a lot of "poor boys" like me could afford it. I had planned on fabricating my own system, but if something like this was out there for $4500-6k I personally would just buy that.

Granted I understand that it wont be the most efficient designed system that Heffner, UGR, and Paolo put out, but it would be enough to get the power most DIY would want(650-700rwhp).

Turbos-- 1500-2000 for anything decent
Wastegates- 1000 dollars for the big ones he has
BOV's 500 dollars
Intercoolers- 500-1000
Piping and fittings- alot

I don't see how you could even buy the parts for this for 4500, more less turn a profit.

Well im sure I'm going to get flamed for this on here, but...

I am from the turbo mustang community. DIY turbo setups are built very often(I have built 2 myself) for well under $4500 using quality parts. Are they the best out there. No. Reliable? Yes.

The DIY community has had good results using some of the cheaper($100-200) "ebay" Watergate's and bov's. Although I'm not sure exact dimensions and sizes of what intercoolers will fit on a viper, but I'm sure if someone looked hard enough a OEM or "ebay"(which again mustang DIY have had great success with) style could be found for a $200-300.

If you can find a guy that can rebuild turbo's(or even the average joe can do most of it) the ebay turbos aren't that bad. A turbo rebuild kit, $60 last time I have checked, and access to a balancing machine can get those "ebay" turbos as reliable as the $2000 ones.

Now am I saying a system like this will compete in the performance department of the big name setups.... Hell no. Will it be perfect for the DIY guy that is just looking for around 700rwhp. I don't see why not.

You don't have to preach to me the benefits of cheap turbo systems. I am turboing my car for 600-700 bucks and should triple the HP easily. However, I am using quality salvage yard parts along with some stuff I am designing and CNCing. However, I would never use any cheap wastegate, as they are the only thing standing between you and a blown engine. BOV's, I suppose you can use the cheap ones. Turbos-- you can buy the Chinese Garrett knockoffs, but those usually last about 2k miles at best. One can get some pretty decent buys on Garrett T3 Super 60s, but you are still looking at 800 dollars for two. This guy claimed some T3/T4 BB Hybrid, which are pricey. Intercoolers-- Ford Powerstroke intercoolers and Isuzu Fuso intercoolers can work rather well-- but this is really pushing the limits of what someone expects on a kit.

Oh I agree the parts this guys was showing for $4500 for kit seemed really low. 6-7k would have been a more realistic price range IMO. It looks though that even you agree that a "cheap" DIY system can be built.

I could TT a Viper for 2-3k-- it would suck a huge amount, but hey, the guy could say, "I gotsta twin turbos!!!"

I understand the super cheap turbo setup on a $10k shit box mustang... but why do that to a nice car such as a viper? And for what, to cheap out and risk losing a turbo, bad WG, and blow up a motor that can't just be rebuilt for $1k.
