Description: this is new, never opened or used. Not needed as I changed PCM units. Eliminates that crappy 2nd and 3rd gear lock out on Vipers. This is not some crappy Ebay kit, this is the best one out there with instructions and ties. When i say it is sealed, that means NEW-exactly as you would get it from a dealer and that price includes Priority Mail shipping to you as long as you are in the USA.
