So what's that "1600rw+ with 30psi." run in the 1/4 ?
Shit or get off the can
Were these heads the billet Strykers ? If they were the factory castings ported I call bullshit.
Me, shit or get off the can?? Really?? You ask "What does 1600 RWHP mph in the 1/4?" When you drive a six speed within a 1/2 second and 15 mph of where I have driven a six speed maybe you could make that statement credibly..

ps. There is NOTHING like those Strikers PERIOD!
As you can see my pervious post CLEARLY states that 1600 was made with the strikers...I don't see anything that would make you confused about that post in question..Maybe you are suffering from NOS, METH, or PROPANE inhalation and you are not reading correctly. Make sure one of your power adders are not leaking It could be hazardous to you health and thinking!
Furthermore, if you are going to potentially call bullshit on someone regarding the cast vs billet nature of a set of heads, it would do well for your online reputation to first determine if the heads even are made in a billet version which in this case they are not. Strikers heads, street and race versions are CNC castings. We went 7.98 in a NON Striker JM "stock casting" CNC head.

Look back to my post, I asked which stryker heads they were. And also I didn't "potentially" call BS.....I did call BS. Maybe you've been breathing to many fumes from "fabricating"
And on the quarter mile times I thought we were talking about this car not anyone elses.
p.s. Call me when you have run a 4 second pass in the 1/8 and we will compare notes

And let me clarify.....what I am talking about is the difference in Greg Goods heads and the Stryker factory casting. You said 200hp more. That is what I'm having trouble with. Everything exactly the same, tuning etc and I simply don't believe it.
I am not talking about you making or not making 1600.

OK, one more time for "MR. I'd have a mullet if only I could." The Stryker heads are all cast CNC heads. The race version made approximately 200 hp more than the Good heads as I stated on page one. Do you understand that now. There are no billet Stryker heads just as there are no eight second time slips out of your car. Until you upgrade that plutonium injected peanut roaster of yours, you would do well to stop calling bullshit on anyone.
Eighth mile races are for people who don't have the balls to stay in it for the full 1320. You know, the type who shit their pants during a wheelie and crush the front suspension on the way down after their right knee impacts their right shoulder coming off the gas.

No need to talk to Tony like that. The guy was just sticking up for me. It's me that you need to talk down to if you "must". I've always taken the "No one gets hurt" approach on here, but if you're going to mention my name maybe I should be a shrewd businessman and go out into the shop and do a day or two of R&D on the set of Striker street heads I have in my possession and post the results from my flow bench and also from a disinterested unbiased outside source. Would you like that? I don't think so.
Things go in steps. First there were various ported stock castings on the market, and now the Strikers are becoming more and more popular. So what happens when a guy wants his Striker headed car to outrun another Striker headed car? Right, he looks for a good head porter to wring out every last bit of power in them.
That's where things are headed right now. Who knows, maybe even some Joseph Schmoe with a CPE turbo system may outperform you in the future. Ya' just never know. One thing is for sure though, you're making that scenrio a reality much faster by giving people like me an axe to grind that were previously just sitting back and congratulating you and give you positive rep on jobs well done.
In the end it wouldn't be a bad thing because the Viper community would win.

Tony called me a bullshitter, after I was only telling it like it was in my direct experience nothing more. On this site when someone calls you a bullshitter, you are allowed some smack in your response. Don't call me a liar and I won't toss any smack, that work for you? Most people who have been around more than a couple of months are aware of that, lighten up.
I will install whatever heads a customer likes on his car including yours which are a good value. Do your heads produce the most power? No, but again they are a good value. As far as some Joe Schmoe out performing me, I hope you are referring to at the track in which case Mr. Schmoe needs to be real safe. Running sevens with a six speed IRS can get you killed real quick.
I have no problem with your skills as a head porter and no doubt you can improve a bit on the Strykers. Going fast in the quarter mile or the mile is not a horsepower issue as anyone who has done so knows.
I am eventually thinking about adding Stryker heads to my 02 GTS. I already have forged pistons, but I have no idea what the difference is between the street heads or the Stryker heads for that matter. I will eventually go to a conservative Twin Turbo setup. I don't want to go over 1200 rwhp as things tend to break at that power level. 800 to 1000 is my goal. I have about 510rwhp now. I figure going with heads should bump that up maybe to 600.
Does the engine need to be pulled to do heads?
"As far as some Joe Schmoe out performing me, I hope you are referring to at the track..."
Nope, I was talking of the same measuring tool you used to desrcibe the difference in heads in this thread, the dyno. Problem there?
Greg, the problem with your senario is the variables are too great. If you want a good valid comparison both TURBO systems need to be the exact same, otherwise its CPE TT running GOOD heads vs. UGR TT running Stryker heads.

engine does not get yanked to do the heads. Now the custom grind cam that you'll want with those heads and TT's will most likely have that motor yanked.

Greg, I need to know if you are defending Tony here or was he defending you or are you defending yourself while you were defending Tony? The bottom line is I had a customer start a thread complementing UR and Tony rode in and took a giant shit. I picked up some of his shit and tossed it back in his direction. You then ride in like Sir Ports-a-Lot on your white horse and start in on me and then act like I did something condescending. I think you should port your carotids as there seems to be a restriction in getting oxygenated blood to your brain.
