Motor mounts for sure (mine went at 12kmi and it was all stock). The stock mounts are too soft to handle the tq.

Depending on how hard the car has been driven. Clutch, tires, brakes, battery, waterpump (if it's a 01) alt.

Nothing more than any "normal" car. Vipers are tough. These cars can take a beating like a man. It's not a P-car or a vette.

Make sure and have the trans and diff fluids checked since they are neglected and see alot more eat than most cars from the torque. Plugs and wires are also shot if they are stock.

Aside from drivetrain... anything to watch as far as body, interior, rattles, electronics?

I had a viper with close to 65k miles. The car was tight and gave me no problems. Just keep up with the regular maintence and everything should be fine. These cars are tough.

Door wiring harness for speakers and windows are not very robust. The wires are small and break with repeated stress.

Agree'd w/ motormounts....Would probably do wires, plugs (if not done yet), make sure door is oiled up and aligned, flush radiator / cooling, diff, tranny fluid. Just

check some stuff too...pads, rotors, suspension, bushings, u-joints...make sure all is in tact and looks good.
