Because the Viper is built by the hand of God, or so I've read here...

Ford GT > ANY Gen Viper/C6 Z06 no contest....

Bigturbos, if you can drive well, and can drive the Z06 to its potential, NO 445 RWHP VIPER WILL TOUCH YOU.

Keep us updated and I only hope that "Tornado" will finally see (and believe me) about the Z06. Good luck.

Unless I missed it, everyone is talking horsepower. If you want a shot of beating him at the track, the cheapest easiest way IMO is to go get a set of drag radials. A serious limiting factor for both of you is going to be traction and launching without blowing the tires, a few hundred dollars in a set of drag radials will net you a huge edge.

I'm going to call you out on this one. I drive everyday and I hardly ever see a C6.. let alone a C6 Z06. Honestly.. if you count looking at the same car on different days, then I see a red viper everyday. Don't get me wrong.. I'm sure they are out there.. but for the amount of miles I drive a day, compared to you.. it's pretty amazing, that you see like 10 in a week.

Then theirs the vids os supposedly stock Z06's pullin FGT's on the freeway...Put it all together and the FGT just didnt seem that great to him...

The Ford GT is in a league of its own when it is compared to the Vette and Viper.

Here's the real deal. I like Ford GT's. Just not the commemorative series. It looks ugly. Pastel Blue? WTF?!? Also, they marked that ugly ass FGT up by $100,000. why would I want to buy something I don't like based off of what other people say? Especially with that mark up.. perhaps if it was Tungsten or Black. I might have considered.. But the car was really going to be for my wife. If she doesn't like it.. why bother.
They are selling it for a price of a Lambo. I would much rather buy the lambo. I mean.. when was the last time you saw a bumper sticker saying I'd rather be pushing my Lambo then drive a Ferrari?
When I'm ready to buy something more along the lines of exotic.. I am not going to waste my time with a Ford. Don't kid yourselves guys. At the end of the day, when I'm polishing my Ford Gt.. it's still just a ford. And Ford screams exotic in every sense of the word.

HOLY SHIT THIS IS FUNNY...

As to the 10 C6's a week thing..I work in a wealthy 700-1.xxx million dollar home area...I see atleaste 10 C6's per week..As well as a few 911's and 1-2 C6Z06's per week..With the ocasional Maserati/lotus/ferrari..

Never seen a another viper in the area though...Lets be honest..Vipers are EXTREMELY rare here in hawaii...There's maybe 10 on this island..15 tops. And unlike the supras/vettes. They are almost NEVER daily driven..So your even less likey to see one of the 10-15 on any given day...

In my 10 years on this island ive seen 4 vipers actually cruising the streets. And two of them I knew personally and was cruising along side.

It always amuses me how much some people care about how rare a car is. That usualy tells you something about the individual.

Who gives a rats ass how many you see. This is about a race, not about who has a more exclusive car. Hell, I have seen WAYY MORE Vipers in my cirty than I see C6 Z06's. Do I care? No, I still respect the Viper for what it is.

Just race, get the Z06's rear end on video for us, and share it with us..

Thanks. I was actually looking at a SRT-10 viper.. but when I got to the dealer.. someone sneaked in and keyed it from Gas door to headlight.. Deep.. really fucked up. I might have bought it, but just knowing that someone did that really sickened me. If you saw it, you would shit yourself.
