Need a grommet for my hard top......

Well, i dropped off the side windows to have new plastic sewed in and 2 new zippers installed. $300. So on the way home, the top lifted off, from the rear. I almost lost it. There is a long allen bolt that threads into a grommet that is fastened inside a hole in the rear window housing. The grommet was pulled out and i couldnt tighten it. It looks like the grommit has barbs on one side to maybe keep it from moving. Well, i need one of those grommits REAL BAD. Now for the kicker, i cant get the soft top on because i dont know what the rear clips clamp onto.......aint this a bitch......any help would be great. Ray
