Why would you want a 14" wide wheel if you only have a 13.5" total width tire?
345's work just fine on a 13.

Depends on the offset of the wheel. A properly setup 20x13 will sit flush with the fender. Let me see if I can find a decent pic for ya.

98.5% of the aftermarket wheels sold for vipers are 10"wide front, and 13"wide rear
if you need tires talk to JonB @ partsrack 360-837-3937, he sells them for 50$/set less then tirerack (tirerack direct shipment)
i just got a set from him & it was indeed 50$ less
