i live in md and am seriously considering purchasing a viper within the next year. unfortunatly gts' arent easy to come by and see and even if u do come across one at a dealer somewhere its doesnt seem too likely theyll really let you take it out. im not asking to drive youre cars but see them and talk to you about them and what its like to live with them. id be considering making it a daily driver and while rough riding suspensions dont really bother me the lack of t/c does. id like to hear how youre car does in the weather out here although seeing as its in the 20s actually going out in the car and all that might be a while off. ive been watching the forum for a while and looked into the cars as much as one can without actually looking inside and being inside one of them. anyway i hope i dont get attacked for making a bullshit post but im being pretty honest here no i dont own the car i have a 2002 mustang gt and id be trading up from that. anyway if anyone is in the area with a gts and wouldnt mind showing me the car and answering some questions about it id really appreciate it thanks.
2) Not meant to be the spelling/grammar police.......but....if the shoe fits...... You will get MUCH MORE support if you present yourself in a mature, semi-educated and intellligent manner.....TRUST me.
Definately not a daily driver. If you cant afford to have a second daily beater, I would strongly recommend you wait until you can before making a purchase. Take it from The H.N.I.C., get a beater before you get a Viper. Why? because The H.N.I.C. said so.

sorry about the spelling and grammar mistakes...god damn you aol instant messanger for ruining my ability to type above the level of a 14 year old girl.....but whats so bad about making it a daily driver. the gas? the ride? or that from im to understand their penchance to spin you around in the wrong direction and into a tree if your a bit too eager with the throttle or go over a puddle of water the wrong way? im mostly concerned about the last one. the expensive gas sucks but i could get over and my kidneys going numb from the hard ride id be ok with too its mostly the safety issue...which is tragic as the gts is the most beautiful car ive seen this side of 1969. i could even afford a new coupe but i just find the gts gorgeous. although there is so much more to a car than just looks which is why i posted.

Unless you are simply a troll....then, troll on!
where is crozier va? south of richmond? im up around dc in md but id take a long drive out if youre serious
Yes, it's a rough ride- but you could live with it. Yes, it's a gas hog, but you could live with it.
Yes, the car is dangerous. I would never drive mine in the rain by choice. The car hydroplanes very easily, and the back end will step out on the wet street without trying. Cold tires or road can also be dangerous. I just wouldn't even consider it as a daily driver, unless you live in Miami. Maryland- no way.
Get a hooptie, and a Viper!

And Bernie is SERIOUS.....whats a couple hours on after work, eh? You will leave Bernie's to sell a kidney, testicle....WHATEVER you have to in order to have ONE of the cars at his shop!!

Buy one of Bernies gts and a used pickup or beater for everyday driver.Maryland winters and vipers don't go together.Unless you are the asswipe smashmyviper then drive it only when ice rain snow are in the forecast!!Again go see Bernie and take cash or check
