4.125 Sleves in Viper block

Anyone know what kind of block prep/modifications are required for 4.125" sleves in a Gen 2 motor. I know a couple of guys on the alley have done this to their motor.

543 CID isn't big enough


Good luck with the build. The only person I know that has done larger sleves in a Gen2 motor would be JH.


If I remember right didn't your car make over 600rwhp N/A....I seem to remember someone did, and I thought it was you.

Did you pick up any power by P&P the intake mani? I'm thinking that will be my next mod....along with a good intake and lager TB.

We install Darton liners up to 4.160 bore for N/A engines and 4.150 for boosted applications. These liners are ductile iron integral deck (MID)configuration.
