Getting ready to do oil change

Getting ready to do my first oil change, and have a nice low profile jack picked out from Sears...was wondering if anyone had suggestions on which jack stands are the best and where I can find a drain pan large enough to hold 10 quarts....thanks

Pretty much an jack stands will do. Just make sure they are rated to support the weight of the vehicle and you will be fine. I bought my 15 quart drain pan from Advance Auto. I think almost any of the major retailers will stock this.

The low profile aluminum jack from Sears work great. Just make sure you get the higher capacity one.

When you jack the car up, make sure it's level. The drain bolt is on the side of the oil pan around the middle. If it's not level, all the oil will not drain out.
