As loud exhausts are a big problem here, I need to get an exhaust that flows as much as possible but still is as silent as possible.......
I had a corsa on my C5 Vette and I didnīt like the high pitched sound at WOT....also after headers and highflow cats they got pretty loud....
Anyone tested the borla with the 4 mufflers?
I know the borla with two mufflers have a deep sound, but have a drone at mid rpms and are too loud for my needs, too.....
So, anyone can comment on the stup with 4 mufflers?
I would like to know if it still drones at mid rpm and if itīs louder or not than the corsa (with headers and highflow cats)....

I have a 900+ hp Supra with an exhaust doing 122db on WOT.......I know how a sportscar should sound.......and I like it.
But my Viper needs to be streetlegal (which my Supra will never be), which means I am NOT allowed to have an exhaust that is as loud as I would like it to be.
And if you like the drone, well, thatīs YOU.....I donīt like it !

dont you realize the first step towards recovery is admitting you have a problem. As you are finding out, this forum can get out of hand with distracting off-subject badmouthing. Wasnt as bad over on the Vette forums, but there will always be 'forum badasses' trying to distract you with senseless insolence. Few people here in USA understand the strict laws and limitations forced upon your car there in Austria. I would NEVER want to live there just based on those facts alone!! Sucks that you cannot legally modify a single thing on your car, but there are ways around some stuff...Anyway...
Just as on the C5's the genII Viper has a true dual exhaust. On your 99, if the exhaust is completely stock, you will have cats and sill mufflers within each side sill then each side exits out towards the back into a single dual in/out muffler. If you go with the Corsa I believe this cat back setup is actually 2 separate mufflers out back, so, you would effectively be running 4 mufflers all together. Email me off line if you want more details.

Itīs just for staying as legal as possible, so I donīt loose my number plates again which means the car cannot be driven here again .............or needs to be built back to completely stock and be checked for lot of money.....!!
The Coras and the Borlas...both have 4 mufflers (2 on each side)......so itīs not too

I will try either the borla or the Corsa....both have 4 mufflers......( 2 on each side ).
If the borla has a deeper sound (which I think it has) than the Corsa.......I may go with Borla.....
Maybe anyone has the 4 muffler Borla and hiflo cats+headers.......
