I Have A 96' Rt, How Do I Know, How Many Were Made?

I know, this probably is a dead subject, but I am wondering. I tried to do a search, couldn't find anything.

I always see, 1 of 245 made. How can I find out, how many were made of my year.

96' rt black/grey stripe.

But still gets me how they know and who can find out, such as, 1 out of 145.
