my one gts was previously owned when i bought it, only 2900 miles four years old thoug. it had a max care warrently and when i had paid the fee to transfer coverage into my name, they told me the warrenty is only transferable one time meaning a third person transfer is not possible. Bernie, are you sure the warrenty is valid to the new owner?

Perhaps the second owner bought the warranty which means to car was sold within the first three years of ownership the first time.

The car is on consignment and the owner was able to get a warranty on the car. So yes it is transferable. I will ask the owner about the front fascia being painted.
