Vipers in UAE

Anybody know what kind of prices a 2001 GTS would bring in Abu Dhabi? I plan on moving there in mid 2007 and I'm wondering if Vipers get crazy money over there.

they probably do, but it probably costs mucho dinero to bring it to east ja-bumble-fuck with you. why you going to live there?

The Navy is sending me. Which means I am entitled to ship one car at Govt. expense. (thanks taxpayers!) I really don't want to sell but it could be worth it...

Just be careful as the government does have rules on the amount of profit you can make by selling the car, at least the Army had those rules.

Check before you commit to something like this.

I used to live in Dubai. They have ferraris, lambos , vipers everywhere. Im pretty sure its the same with Abu Dhabi. I can probably find out for you if i get in touch with my cousins there.

Hey Doc,
I think the rules applied to buying new cars and then selling right away. Not positive, but I don't think it applies to the cars that are brought over. Do some research though. Good luck over there.

I know in Bahrain they weren't selling for all that much after the conversion to dollars as of this past summer when I visited.

cars are quite cheap in the UAE, spent a bit of time in Dubai first trip was1997 there was a few vipers about even then

we have a US guy in our club whose been here a couple of years, he works for the London Embassy, he just sold his GTS which ran diplomatic plates
and he's talking about bringing a new coupe in. A lot of his colleagues were bringing in Mustangs to sell on
