New Viper Classified: 1998 GTS with $10k in recent mods

A new Classified Ad has been posted to the Vipers For Sale section:

Description: 1998 GTS in excellent condition. Just had a ceramic stage 3 clutch, aluminum flywheel, B&M short throw shifter, brake pads and tires 2k ago. Has Mopar Performance stainless steel headers and Borla 3" stainless exhaust, Alpine CD, MSD wires, Bosch Platinum 4 plugs and new O2 sensors. A/C blows cold and was serviced 2 months ago, all fluids changed every 2k miles.

Isn't this the same GTS that was at a dealership a few months ago and had some sort of minor problem?? I honestly can't say exactly what it was, but I remember the particular car that I am referring to had those Hoosier tires on it and had some sort of flaw.

I honestly can't remember exactly... I want to say it was involved in a MINOR accident, but nothing was damaged.
