'98 = 11
'99 = 0 ?
'00 = 55
'01 = 36
'02 = 300 FE's (white) so I guess 67 silver

Your info for '99 is incorrect. Hog Whisperer has a 99 ACR red/silver with full Bobby Archer workover.
