Hey NORMA, Why don't make an inquiry and see who won the radial class before you TOTALLY stick your foot in your mouth ? Everyone knows Scott beat me in the 9.40 class....his messed up 10.40 against my screwed up 16.something really represented both of us
Why don't you guys get a real clutch, that way you won't have so called "issues" and excuses not to run again. Ward was about to lay the smack down and based on that 10.40 pass if you had not pussed out of the final bracket I very well could have put on the trailer with my Pilots

What I will say ..... ANY GOOD CAR AND DRIVER WILL CONSISTENTLY MAKE GOOD RUNS AND NOT PACK THEIR CAR ON A TRAILER AND MAKE EXCUSES NOT TO RUN MORE RACES AFTER WINNING ONE RACE.

Actually you missed your goal of being quicker or faster. If I hadn't of messed up my pass in the final I would still have lost the race because I wasn't going to hold back for any 9.40 index......so you guys were going to win either way...which would have really been a loss
That is very kind of Chad ....if it makes him feel better, he can give it to me for my 50th Birthday and Christmas(seeing that they are only 2 days apart from each other). Maybe he only needs to get one present or one for Birthday and one turbo for Christmas.

Come on Ward... We ran 9.48, 9.49, 9.52, 9.54, and could have kept on going until the STOCK clutch burned up. Pack the car up after winning one race? That's BS. We ran nothing but solid mid nines and decided to sit out the bracket race - nothing more. I like to race heads up and leave the bracket racing to the slow cars.
You had some tough luck - but we offered to run you 3 out of 5, 6 out of 10 (you know it wouldn't have mattered). As far as Tony being faster - he ran a great number and we congratulated him. Next time, I'm hoping we can both run flat out and see where it falls. If you can get into the 9's, we might even let you join the party!
We ran 9.4's and won the 9.40 class so we decided that was enough for the day. We could have kept running but we knew that the clutch just wasn't gonna run any faster.
Bracket race? No excuses necessary.
We were happy with the car and the times it put down - but it WILL go faster next time out.

Scott I hve run numerous 9's. I had already decided not to run on Sunday, I should not have run, nothing was ready. I did not want to be a no show again. Given my results, I should have stuck to my "guns".
What I was refering to was, you raced Tony for the 9.4 class, he missed a shift. The result was you WON, BUT Norm made you pack her on the trailer and he knew he would be that lucky if he raced TONY again!
Greg it was good to see you as well....... I wish we could have got some decent size steaks Saterday night instead of those whimmpy ones we got.
Cudos to you on Tony's head work and cam grind that you did, the results we very impressive. Dollar for dollar Tony is still the fastest low budget racer in the Viper world.

Jason said he would invoice Chad separately so as to show that one turbo was for your birthday and the other for Christmas. He did say something about adding some extra profit to each invoice for the extra paperwork. I said...cool, pile on the profit! Tis the season ya know! HAHA
