Tony, I like feedback and the video camera is still new to me. I am better with a DSLR but Toby has that covered. What "suxed" about the video? I would like to know so that I can get it better the next time.

Have you seen the video

Seriously,
Don't video from the stands.
Hold the camera steady......use a prop or tripod if need be.
Slowly zoom in.
ALWAYS get the ET/MPH board in after the pass.
That one is pretty fuzzy....may be the quality of the upload from the camera or a setting on the camera. It looks like cell phone video.
Next time BE SURE to video NORMA when he is telling me over and over that I have him covered and that we would split the 9.40 winnings (I have witnesses on the $$$ part )

Some of these guys do very well without even trying and could give better pointers. Gary Javo did this one free hand, it wasn't even a planned video deal.....just one of the many he did a few years back.

Thank you for the input. I will see about getting a tripod or mono pod to steady the camera.

As for the zooming I will try to be a little smoother in the future but it would help if you could stay a little closer to Big Gun.

As for the up load I did not do that myself and will have to get some software and practice this.

I will see about shooting the video from the starting line in the future, it might reduce the need to zoom as the cars will appear closer together. It is just hard to see the margin of victory from the starting line.

I really want to do this better in the future, Norm liked the video in the camera and I will have to say that I need more practice. I am sure that there will be plenty of testing and that will give me time to practice.
