What makes you think that Gary has to prove anything to you?
Gary has organized and is currently running a reportedly awesome car event with people from all over North America. You are on the internet posting little tidbits of second or third hand info with the only intention being to cause a problem.
Hopefully Gary just considers you an annoying pest and doesn't even take the time of day to bother himself with you during this hectic time for him, so he can concentrate on giving his best to the people who are enjoying themselves at his car event.
