Viper Inspection tech

I have a question.. can a dodge dealer be arranged to inspect a Viper a customer wants to buy? If so, what do the viper instection staff check for? what charges? any good ones in colorado?

Yes, they can, as long as they have a certified viper tech on board (not all dealership have one.) Tell them you're interested in buying the car and you want them to check it out for you thoroughly. Have them check for any previous body/frame damage or repairs, repainting of any areas, mechanically, everything! They'll check out whatever you (or the customer) wants them to! It's only about 1 hour labor ($50 or so, payable via credit card over the phone, if you're not from that area.) I had this done when I bought my 97 gts from alabama. In from NY. I wanted to make sure it was all good and find out what it needed prior to flying down and wasting $450 in roundtrip airfair. If you are from that area, just ask the other local viper guys which dealer has the best tech....

I do have another question. If I am dealing with a private party to purchase a car, what paperwork is required from both of us? I was looking at purchasing from a Private party, is the bill of sale all we neeD?

Bill of sale, title (clean; no liens, and, depending on the state, (here in NY,) now a tax certificate form with the sellers signature and amount pd. (available at the DMV, and to be turned into the DMV when titling the car to you.) Other states vary, I'm sure.
