Can anyone explain what was gained by making this entire journey public? Was there ANY resultant gain by either party?
I realize it's months (more likely years) and thousands of posts since the disagreement/misunderstanding began, BUT WHAT THE HELL WAS GAINED BY TAKING THE COMMUNICATION PUBLIC....ON INTERNET FORUMS NO LESS.
Bizarre behavior at best.

Common sense Kenny. I agree with JT. Since you don't communicate well with Larry wouldn't it have been a good idea to put 2 and 2 together and figured it out that if he called the day before (Wednesday) that he would be there the next day? mmm...guess what? It arrived the next day. (Thursday)
Did you think Larry was on a pleasure cruise just trailering your car around the country and taking his sweet time? Did you think he was going to Ohio via California? Dang Kenny...put the crack pipe down and get a grip.
Common sense?!?!?!?!
COMMON SENSE?!?!?!?!
After reading this goatfuck of a thread what would make anyone think that MBK has a shred of common sense.
Common Sense would have dictated that you communicate what you want/need and when you expect it to the guy (tuner) who is working for you.
Common Sense says the aforementioned communication shouldn't be via some fucking message board(s) on the internet.
Common Sense says that if you feel you've been wronged beyond all that's salvageable, you shut the fuck up, circle the wagons, hire an attorney, and prepare for war.
Common Sense would be against posting pictures of yourself on the internet in a baby pool holding a rubber ducky if you are a 300 pound man with tits.
Common Sense means you don't commit to a verifiable and permanent record innaccuracies, falsehoods, and malicious statements that may give your adversary a cause of action against you.
Common Sense is knowing how to change a battery.
Common Sense is not attacking the people who help you.
Common Sense is knowing how long it takes for your car to get from Florida to Ohio when it has made that trips many times before.
Toby, I couldn't agree with you guys more about what common sense should have dictated in this scenario, but as we've seen, MBK has no common sense.
norice-just for claification, I don't know about all of the contacts and phone calls, I do know that at approxomately 1:30 PM Dave tried Ken's cell phone and then at about 2:00 Larry called Ken's lawyer. I felt Larry's decision to leave the car at the dealership was proper considering the weather conditions, no further contact from Kenny or his lawyer, and the two techs that were there to safeguard the car. We have not had weather for Kenny to take the car out and really try it for him to be totally satisfied, but that is Ohio in February. I think once Kenny settles the battery issue he will be overwhelmed by the cars performance.
I am very disappointed... I expected to have an evening's entertainment reading through 20 new pages.... and was met by only 4 new pages.
Kenny..... Asshole Kenny that is (I did read all the new posts)... you seriously kill me with your posts.... in fact I had just figured out MBK and in the very next thread.... you tell everyone.
