without getting into the technical aspect of all of this, i can tell you when i used to build roadrace cars for HRP our customers would spend thousands of dollars to have cockpit adjustable sway bars in there cars. we had the GM engineers at one of the test sessions and the 1.5 x .250 wall swaybar that was on the car they told us to make at least 1.75 x .250. all are made from 4130 steel. after changing to the bigger swaybar irv picked up 2.5 seconds at the track and said he left allot out there. to say the least he was a much happier driver.

Thanks car24 for the input it is appreciated

I expect similar results, based on my driving experience with upgrading my frt. and rear bars on other vehicles I've had .

Thanks again, I will let everyone know when the car is set up with them, (though it may be a while due to being busy.) We will hopefully be doing a road course before and after sway bar swap without any other changes and log those times Gonna be kinda hard to argue then I'm just trying to get an affordable upgrade that I feel could potentially be worth while. If it works GREAT! if it doesn't......well at least it was worth it to me to try it. These bars will NOT BE VIPER TAXED if produced! I'm not interested in getting rich off sway bars LOL. I just think that a lot of us would enjoy a little better handling characteristics in our Vipers.

Thanks to all for the input good and BAD LOL
