... I am taking the Viper into the dealership to start the Arrow Rebuild... due to the Gen I head gasket issue.

Full Arrow Rebuild. Engine should be out today and in the crate.

Is this a warrantee repair? And if not, did you have them tweak anything?

Thank Goodness I have the extended warranty... yes this is being rebuilt under the extended service contract, I owe my $100 deductible.

I was told by the Viper Tech that the turnaround time right now is 4 to 6 weeks? At any rate I have a few other repairs being completed not to mention the 998/999 recall... so he will sit at the dealership for the duration.

Gives me a chance to do some work on the garage floor... maybe!

Too bad that Arrow will NOT tweak a motor for a warranty rebuild...at least as far as I'm aware.
Nice to have the extended warrany eh? :thumb:
