Garth,
Looks great in person. I think I am the first car to have this setup installed, can't wait for the reliability of this setup vs. the aeromitive elimantor 9at least in the Vegas desert heat).

Those 255LPH pumps only actually flow 192LPH at 60 psi, where as the in-tank pumps that I use flow 368 LPH..

Nice connectors! Where did you find those?

I have the same question, does that set up go into the cannister or just sit in the tank.

Question #2 - why the return line if you are using the regulated Walboro's, it would seem you are adding a bunch of heat to the tank with the return line?

Question #3 - If you don't use the canister, how does the fuel gauge mount?

Question #4 - Are you running a larger conductor to the oem fuel pump relay?

The reason I'm asking, I am very interested.

Guy's great questions.

#1 We do recommend you run no less than 1/4 tank of fuel to avoid any issues Direct replacment of factory canister..

#2 The return is standard for most applications.

#3 We provide a mount for the factory fuel level attachment. Attachs right on.

#4 The oem fuel pump relay is used for a trigger/pulse only. Relays and wiring harness is provided. (Separate 12V source)

Thanks for the great questions.

Garth,
Great unit! I'm sure you will sell these no problem considering the alternative's out there for high hp viper's fuel aplications aren't very user friendly. Nice quality too by not modifying a stock plastic hat and using a billet piece instead. BTW, I assume that you use the stock plastic ring and seal for this unit so there's nothing else you need to buy with your kit?

HiBoost:

a couple more questions:

1. Are you using the internal regulators within the Walboro, if so how is that accomplished with an open return line without heating the fuel.

2. The 1/4 tank, is that enough for a road race or autocross application?

3. Do you see a problem with running a non-return system.

4. I don't see a vent?
