So my cousin is out driving one day and saw this viper crash, calls me up and tells me I'm not gonna believe what he got pics of. I guess this guy came around a turn, got sideways and crashed into the center divider and hit a small tree. He was making a 90deg turn and couldnt have been going very fast, seems he got out of the car and left the key on. Must have broken a fuel line and started dumping fuel. Looks like the car was a 2001 Gts acr saphire blue n silver. Car was damn near brand new. The accident happened in pleasant hill, ca on pleasant hill Rd about 5 years ago. Anybody know who the owner was?
those are old, i though it was determined to be a chop
naw it happened about a mile from my old house. Poor guy! It was brand new at the time and a awesome combo! You can see the owner standing next to the cop just looking at his car in disbelief
Oh my Lord, what a small world. I was on my RC51 at the time, going for a cruise, I followed this guy for a while, saw the accident happen. He WAS not driving slow by any means, however, not ultra wreckless either.
There were severall other witnesses, and I was late to meet my buddies at woodside, so I blew out of there.

was he coming down taylor and making a right onto phill rd? how did he crash?
i think the fire is a chop...look close at the driver side windshield in each pic
come on now man, this was 5 years ago and I've had the pics since then. You would have to be a photoshop genius to creat a fireman I can promise you the fire was for real, although I'm sure the owner wishes it was photoshoped!
