Just wanted to say thanks to Tom (don't know if he posts here or not), his rear 40mm caliper upgrade was exactly what I was looking for! Great improvement without breaking the bank. The install is simple, and the whole process is super easy. Tom sends you the calipers, you install them, and then send the money and your cores back. All you do is switch the pads. The new calipers even come with new copper washers for the break lines.

And thanks to Larry Macedo for always being my 24 hour tech line! Even over the Holiday and his day off!

I think it was $630. There is a lot of information on the VCA on how the upgrade compares to stock, vs. Stoptech, and different combinations. No proportioning valve is needed either.
