I need your input guys.

I am now working on what I'm going to do for tuning on my N/A car. The stock exhaust and intake is gone, now have bellinger's headers and exhaust w/HF cats. My cam isn't huge as I want to drive the car almost daily. Now, I'm working on tuning. Here is what I'm thinking of doing.

Have the ECM re-flashed, with most of the goodies But leave the fuel/timing maps stock. Costs about $500
Delete Cags (skip-shift)
Delete rear 02 errors
Change idle speed
Change Fan On/Off temps

Then pick up a used VecII or Split Second to tune the A/F. Again, about $500-550.

I've also considered using a VecI as I don't really have a need for using various cards. I can pick one up for 150-200. Would the VECII be worth the extra cash. I don't want to use any power adders on the car. Just keep it N/A.


PS: The car should make close to 700bhp.
