Nope , they made 102 , two were engineering cars not included in the special 100-car VIN sequence. GT-2 cars ran down the line in VIN sequence order (1-100), these are the only Vipers ever to be run in sequence.

True, but some of the early 94' cars had the four rib style intakes on them.
My car falls into this category, being an early 94 with the 4 rib, and a RT/10 lable on the front calipers.

In 1992 285 Vipers were built and they were all red except 1 black , 1 yellow and 1 green car that were changed from red by the factory. Whatever happened to these 3 cars????

Here's a little known fact that Chuck Tator (Tator Dodge / Viper Wizard) told me. He said that the 1st couple hundred 1992's oil pans have Francois Casting signature engraved (maybe just initials) in the inside bottom of the oil pan that can only be seen when the oil pan is off. He has taken them off and taken pictures to document it. I'm thinking I might need to check mine to see if it's really true!
