service engine light after exhaust install

Put headers, cats, cat back on earlier in the week. Now I am getting a service engine light. What do i need to purchase to read the code and clear it? I drove the car around for 2 days before the light came on. Any help woud be appreciated.

Chris

What year is your car and where did you mount your O2 sensors? You are probably throwing an O2 sensor code if you installed the front O2 sensors too far downstream from their stock location such as in the collector because they do not heat up fast enough. If this is the case, you might need to move them up to the header tube or get quick fire O2 sensors if you are running a newer Gen II. With my Belanger headers, I just run them in the header tube bung rather than the collector bung.

Any ODBII code reader will read the code and tell you if that is the probelm. Most will also clear the code.

My headers are Borla, and i did have to extend the o2 wires since the o2's are further away in the collector. Where can i get quick fire o2 sensors at, and will they work with the stock wire connections? Also, how do u like your roe suppercharger? Are u running stock internals with 6.5 psi on your '01? I have a '00 viper and the blower is probably going to be my next mod. Thanks for the info.
